“Going Green” was considered by many as an indefinite. Environmentally friendly living is a top priority in our Projects to help our customers and the community, as sustainability has become a widely recognized global matter.

We believe this is the perfect time to rethink to create more efficient ways of living, while protecting our environment

Here are few things we follow in our projects to go green:

1. Add "In complex" houseplants

Indoor greenery not only looks good but naturally cleans the air around you. Shoot for more plants per every 5 - 10 square feet

2. Add Efficient water reducing faucets

The installation of water reducing faucets and shower heads can limit the unnecessary water spiraling down the drain

3. Use Natural gardening products

Our team works to ensure that only Eco-friendly pest control, fertilizer and gardening products are used to lessen the possible harmful effects on humans and the environment

4. Rainwater Harvesting

rainwater harvesting has become increasingly practical in today's world as alternate water source which has been used in many parts of the country. We collect the rain water from the surface which directly receives rain and diverted towards the storage tank and this stored water can be used in times of need

5. Using electric power knobs

We use single switch electric strips throughout common areas. These allow you to turn off the high electric usage lights with just couple of switches of the power knob
